3D Software for MaxV Series MaxV-3D

3D precision height measurement, surface measurement and profiling are optional for MaxV DCC DVCMM. Choices of sensor include laser, white light sensor or con-focal sensor. The accuracy can be as high as 10 nm. The typical applications include step height, wire height, surface flatness, co-plane, roughness and profiling.

 

3D digital microscope MaxV-3D with HD HDMI or USB mega pixel digital camera.  Both 2D and 3D measurement software are available with digital video image capture.
