The MSH302 sealed aluminum encasement is an innovative solution to protecting the Dino-Lite Edge series microscope from particulate contamination or damage from debris. The centerpiece is a dust proof, water resistant aluminum case which encloses the microscope, protecting it from from dusty environments.
After setting the magnification level and assembling the case and cable protection tube, you can proceed to view and record magnified images in areas previously inaccessible, like the surfaces of bulk material handling tanks, pipe fittings, valve and joint clearances or sediment collection areas.
The encasement affords protection from airborne contaminants found in paper mills and other industrial environments. This airborne debris would otherwise significantly degrade the imaging performance of an unprotected microscope.
An included set of aluminum rods provides up to three additional feet of extension and an included pole adapter firmly attaches the microscope case to the extension pole in any desired orientation. The MSH302 brings a new level of mobility to the Edge series handheld microscope and an economical microscopy alternative for industrial materials handling inspection and research scientists.
