HDAF206 is the ultimate HD high definition 1080p auto focus digital microscope with 12" or 24" HD monitor offering superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing. High resolution 2 mega pixels (1920×1080) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved direct to SD card for documentation, training and communication with other engineers or colleagues. NO computer needed! The camera has HDMI output (no PC needed) as well as Wi-Fi output for direct connection to computer via USB port for video measurement application and direct image and video capture to computer. Full camera settings can be easily adjusted with a mouse, which is interfaced directly with HD camera.
The HD digital microscopes offer long working distance from 1.5 inch to 10.6 inch with good clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. Viewing angle can be changed from top down to oblique side profile. 12" Retina HD Display with adjustable viewing angle eliminates monitor foot print on work bench. The HD inspection system is available with various microscope stands like articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. Articulating arm stands can be mounted using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. In addition to video measurement software, X-Y measurement stage with cross hair on monitor screen is also a popular option for routine measurement applications. Detent Click Stops and Telecentric Features
HDAF206 has detent click stops that are lockable at 0.6x, 0.8x, 1.0x, 1.5x, 2.0x, 2.5x, 3.0x, 3.5x, 4.0x, 4.5x, and 5.0x. Telecentric from 1x to 4x.

The software UI shown below includes the Camera Control Panel on the left side of the video window, the Measurement Toolbar on the upper side of the video window, the Synthesis Camera Control Toolbar on the bottom of the video window and the Auto Focus Control Panel on right side of the video window.
Camera Control Panel pops up when user moves mouse cursor to the left side of the window; Synthesis Camera Control Toolbar pops up when mouse cursor is moved towards bottom of the window.

Image Stitching and Extended Depth of Focus

When the auto focus camera is directly connected to computer via WiFi connection, the PC-side measurement software features image stitching as well as extended depth of focus. Image stitching allows multiple images to be pieced together to form one combined image, which is useful applications that require larger field of view while maintaining detailed image quality. Extended depth of focus allows multiple images to be stacked together so that imaging of an area with components on various planes will be all be in complete focus, creating one superior image with an extended depth of field of this single area.
